New RB2011 hotspot page not working [FIXED]

Hi, I purchased a new routerboard RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN and when I set up the hotspot, the login page never appears even though it is the same process I’ve used for all my earlier MT routerboard.

I’ve attached a screenshot of relevant settings so someone could kindly help me.

select birdge-local instead of ether2.

I tried but it didn’t work.

Anytime I set up the hotspot and choose ‘bridge-local’, the router disconnects and I’m unable
to connect via winbox again and have to reset it.

Can you be of further help?

To start, you should post “/ip hotspot profile print”. I prefer the print from the CLI instead of Winbox. But if you use Winbox, insure the profile data you post has the entry for dns-name. It should be blank.

FYI, when you enable the hotspot on the interface you connect to the router with, it will disconnect you. Just login and you are back to normal.

edit: Do you want the hotspot on all the interfaces on the bridge? Normally users want just one or two interfaces controlled by a hotspot.

So far everything seems to work except my Usermanager.

the thing is I’m replacing an old router with this one and I made a backup and downloaded it.
Now I’ve loaded the backup to my new router and everything has appeared including customers,
sessions, profiles, payments except Users.

I don’t have a single User account appearing but that is the most important thing for me.
What is possibly missing?

edit: I restarted the router and logged in to Usermanager now I can see all my User Accounts now. :bulb: :smiley:

I have ridden a Mikrotik RB2011iL-RM, the point is that I created the following structure:

Ether 10 connects to the ISP router
Ether 9 Connects to a Swich (liabilities) that is connected computers and wifi antenna AP
I A range of IP for the Ether 9 and 10
I think the hotspot in the Ether9
RADIUS active in the hotspot.
I step in the Walled Garden’s IP Ehert10 so you can run the USERMAN and User Signup.
Add in the Walled Garden all PAYPAL addresses and ports that correspond.
I think access to the Hotspot User Signup for customers to register.
The Customer I have assigned a dyndns that attacks the ISP router as PUBLIC IP

And the problem happens to me is:

Create a user from Sanbox or registration form and agree to the gateway paypal, make the payment. Once payment completed. I go to the page of the hotspot and leaves logearme me. The mistake that sent me is that there is RADIUS user.

I go to the UserManager and user-PAYMENTS paragraph if all complete User and Password, Time, etc .. But in this paragraph USERS everything but the time I have purchased.

Do not know if this will be the reason why not let me access, but still adding time manually (Which should not do because it should handle the RADIUS) also accessed.

I hope someone can help me, as no longer where to shoot. I finished virtualizing the RouterOS on all versions that you can create all these parametors and makes me the same.
