understand the prices will high than current, but worth to keep it far away from the damage of the ethernet card damaged by lightning …
But wireless connections are currently limited by 802.11n standard, not by CPU. What is the reason you would need something faster than RB800?

we noticed that in the same distance, same wireless card.
the RB800 as wireless bridge can give us real 90M/90M throughput, with using 1 mikrotik server to serving 400 user
at the same, we use RB411AH or RB433AH with same wireless card and same signal all the thing as what RB800 wireless bridge getting, but it only can provide 40M/40M max throughput…
off course when doing the bandwidth test with udp before it go live and handle the 400 user, it seem everything no different, but in the real internet world, there is big different.
we are pretty sure CPU will cause the bandwidth limitation, we proved this with our own network which close to 500 link by using mikrotik.
so, consider about it, and SFP required for RB800, RB411 and RB433, cost high is not the issue…
