I propose a new subforum for
QoS, packet queues, performance optimisation and traffic aggregation and policy routing only for poster with 333 posts or more
ISP bussiness, marketing, strategies only for posters with 666 posts or more.
For starters I have improved on the QoS Best Practice by Janis Megis and I can share it in the new subforum.
p.s. actually his QoS “best practice” was a bad practice. Cut his pay LOL. And give to me 
why do one need such limitations on posts count?.. 
Because these things are not in the bible.
so, if you are professional, you should flood the forum to gain access to that topics? the forum not always train people from zero - many are coming here with knowledge…
Its not nice stuff man. Its not for everyone. Maybe if the member fills in a big questionnaire first.

I like your idea. I am not sure how we can make it happen. Who will take this idea forward and how?
We had some idea to make “karma” support in forum, where users can vote for good answers, and that poster gains karma points. It’s not so easy to implement, as all phpbb plugins seem to be out of date or in alpha stage 
yep, phpBB3 is like this - plugins are highly developed and then are orphaned
