"New Terminal" with blank screen and ssh access don´t work

Hi,

I´m using 5.19 (x86) version in my PPPoE servers and after a time the “New Terminal” show a blank screen without prompt. SSH access don´t work anymore.
If I do a “Make Supout.rif” or reboot, system return to work.
This happens in every server with version 5.19. I have 4 servers.

HI,

New to forum. My RouterOS 5.20 in a RB750GL also did the same problem. I had to reboot and I lost traffic account. :frowning:

Same problem here - on a RB450G, after 45 days, the ERP that connect trought SSH to block/enable users stopped working. I change the RB450G to RB750GL (backup), restore backup, change interfaces address etc, then the system come up. Now, after 11 Days with RB750GL, same problem: ERP dont connect trought ssh, and in winbox a New Terminal is blank. ROS V5.20 in RB450G and 750GL.

I have upgraded to RoS 5.21 and firmware 3.0, and I didn’t found new terminal blank again. At least, every time I tried to use new terminal, it was working. I sent a suppout to support (but generated after restarted RB750GL - don’t remember if before of after upgrading), but no answer until now. Thanks. Best regards.
