I have a hAP AC 2, after many trials and failures, I was able to get the Hotspot up and working, it appears, But one that I can’t seem to figure out is this
On login of a Wireless device to the hotspot, it pops up the status page, but does not give me the option of clicking thru to another page, So the end user it left to figure that out on their own. I have read different articles and saw that people talk about it opening up a new webpage on login.
Any thoughts or pointers on where to look to force the browser to open a new page?
Also is there a way to pop open the browser login page when the hotspot time has been reached? we are going to use this to provide 2 free hours of hotspot per purchase of a Item from out coffee/snack shop?
I’ve been in IT for a while, mostly dealing with server and desktop solutions. so I’m still learning my way around the winbox/command line environment of Routerboard
