New to The Dude, would just like some help getting started

Hi there,
I’m looking at software which can monitor my network of hotspots and then I saw the Dude is just what I’m looking for. But I’m having trouble finding guides on how to setup the networks within it.

This is what I’d like to monitor:
1x Radius Server (DMA Softlabs)
3x hotspot networks (all running RB450G’s)

Within the hotspot I’d like to monitor the following:
Access points (Engenius EAP-3660, M36)
Switches Cisco and 3com.

Could someone point me in the right direction to get these setup correctly.
