New User for mikrotik products

Hi to all, excuseme for my poor english.

Is possible to download a guide for winbox and routerboard 3.10?

I am a new user for this products, usually i install Proxim QB, BSU and CPE but i want to try new brand.

I have a Wisp with 400 user, my society have purchased many RB433AH and many RB411A with CM9 and r52 and many ubiquiti PS5.

Now i must create a transparent Bridge with 2 RB411A and CM9 MiniPCI for tests, please write a typical settings with winBox to make this??

is possible to have a setting to create a bridge with max throughtput without filter or limitation with 2 rb411a and cm9 minipci ?
