new user manager

Hi All.
I know is stupid question but I can’t find it to download new user manager because I just donwload OSv4.5 from mikrotik site but still showing me the old user manager anyone can help me on this.

I must be thick or something, I downloaded & installed usermanager-test(ROS 4.5), but I see nothing different.
Must I also have the ‘normal’ usermanager installed? If I disable the normal package, then I cannot get /tool user-manager, so I assume they must both run for it to work?
Still, I see no changes as far as I can tell?

Uninstall the old um.npk first and then install the test version from the forum link.

OK so where is 4.6? And why does all the new info show in http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/User_Manager/4/User_Signup#Page_customization

It looks like the standard 4.6 user manager has all this but it looks just like the 2.9.51
