New user progressing with setup - question about console

Hello,

i have some problems with the console. When i click on it i get an empty white window. I’m using the web based configuration tool. Any idea?

As i understood, not everything can be done with the web interface.

Using the console via the web interface has not been reliable for me. I prefer winbox / telnet / ssh.

What version and what browser? I noticed a lot of bugs with it.

I’d use Ssh.

Try Chrome

and as others mentioned use other methods for configuration as they will be more safe.
