Hi Guys,
I just bought a RB1100AHX2. It already preset by the technician but outgoing bandwidth only limit at 10Mbps in ‘Interface List’. I cannot set the outgoing bandwidth with more than 10Mbps. I would like to configure each one of the ethernet port with a set of bandwidth. As follow;
Ether1: Incoming WAN
Ether2: Outgoing LAN - Unlimited bandwidth, Outgoing IP from this port must be same from Incoming WAN from port1.
Ether3: Outgoing LAN - 30Mbps
Ether4: Outgoing LAN - 20Mbps
Ether5: Outgoing LAN - 15Mbps
Ether6: Outgoing LAN - 10Mbps
Ether7: Outgoing LAN - 5Mbps
Ether8: Outgoing LAN - 5Mbps
Can anyone please help me with the setting as I am new with MikroTik?
What you mean by you cant set BW on interfaces more than 10MBps? What speed your network is?
In Winbox, on every interface, you should get menu where you can change the values for BW. Do you have admin privileges on device?
Mtik default setting for auto negotiate is on, so check that too.
My network speed is 100mbps. I put ‘Unlimited’ BW for Ether1 & Ether2 in the ‘Interface List’. But the maximum BW I can set for each of the other Ether is 10Mbps. I try to set it more than 10M but a message will popup and said ‘the value must be in decimal’. But no issue when I set it below 10M or choose any BW in the menu that which is all below 10M.
And yes, I hv admin privileges.
I have try to set a simple queue (limit bandwidth 20M) for Ether2 since I set it ‘unlimited’ in the Interface List but it wont work too.
Although bandwidth drop-down list shows only 10M max, you can set it to whatever value you like, in kbps. See wiki:

Let me know if I got your problem right.
Dear Mazutti and others,
thank you very much for your input. Mazutti, you are right. I just put the figure in the menu without stating the unit for those more than 10M. thanks again. problem solve.
Trying to do other configuration. Thanks guys.
