newbie! opening ports but now working

I try opening ports but dont working.
i try to open from winbox and from terminal.

the only ports that seems to be working on a port scan is on ip 192.168.1.1 (router)

on other ip i closed.

please help me!
i dont have problem to give my password.. or help me!!!

Make sure that you are also allowing the traffic in the forward chain. Adding DST NAT rules only does the DST NAT part of the job - the firewall also has to permit the traffic.
