Newbie question about a bizarre problem

I have a SXT G-2HnD (as a CPE) all set up and it is working great. But I am trying to connect a wireless router to it for use in a residence. I can configure and connect a Netgear router up to it and it works fine. But I also have a Ubiquity AirRouter and AirGateway, and those are the ones giving me fits. Neither of those Ubiquity products can even see the SXT, and I mean a wired connection goes totally unnoticed by the two routers. I hoke these two routers up to Ubiquity CPE’s and they work fine. I even connected them to the netgear router just to see if a signal would make it thru, and they work fine. But with the CPE connected to either of the ubiquiti routers, silence. I can log into both routers and the CPE (from opposite directions) but I can not even ping the one from the other. Even using the DMZ in the ubiquiti routers, nothing gets thru. I have the barest settings on all the units to try and just get them to work, I am not blocking anything thru the firewall or any other way. There should be a straight pipe from one side to the other with nothing blocking , but they just don’t work. Has anyone run across anything like this before? Is this just a case of oil and water not mixing, or am I missing something obvious that is peculiar to these things working together? And yes I am real new and doing this sort of wireless connection, I have been dealing with single residence wireless before now.

I have had some more experience with this. It seems like ANY Ubiquiti router (as in the part sitting on the table that you connect to wirelessly) refuses to work with Mikrotik CPE’s. But the reverse is not true. Mikrotik Routers and switches work nicely with Ubiquiti radio’s. Why this is still baffles me though.
