I need some help or suggestions for design my small WISP net

How to set or assign ip public to my client behind mikrotik router. What feature should i use?
btw, i have public ip on my wan interface on the router x.x.x.1/27, and i want to assign my client with 8 or 4 ip public.
Please help me, and let me know the best way to deploy it.
1st possibility is to give them static ip addresses, second, is to give out pulbic ip addresses by dhcp, there is also possibility to give to customers local ip addresses and NAT them, but map real ip addresses to. etc. etc.
possibilities are endless, choose one that suits you best.
at this time, my wisp not establish yet. in my planning i will pay some public ip block to assign for each my client.
i`m confuse about how to assign public ip to client using bridging wireless network. my client will get public ip on point-to-multipoint network.
In one LAN interface was connected to AP.
i need some suggestions, or best solution for my client to get some public ip later.
if my LAN interface put the /27, can i assign some ip gateway for public ip block user. because i will give my client public ip 1-4-6 address availble for dedicated internet and up to internet.
