hi all just joined forum,need advice please i bought a liberty shield hap lte rb941-2nd ,and i have a other vpn which i thought i could install my details ,however the box must be locked by the other vpn ie:liberty shield ,is there any other waty i could put my own vpn on as i stl have a years subscription to go,i found that i could not get into the setting for this box,any help would be most welcome

What does it mean “locked” ? No winbox, ssh or webclient access ?
Than NetInstall will be your best friend.

I have since looked at some posts in the forum, and understand a little better,
the problem I have is when I bought this item, I thought I could put my own VPN into it
when I try to access it the company, Liberty Shield, seems to have this so you can,t access their router,
all i was asking was what or how do you access it , or is it possible to re-program it
being 74yrs of age this is being a real challenge to me,
i take your advice onboard and thank you, i have downloaded the program and hope to re-flash the router

So you bought this pre configured by liberty?
If you did and you net install them you will lose all settings, some people can be very rash with suggestions on here.
Do you want to actually reset the device to factory or simply gain access and add an extra VPN tunnel,?
