Hi ! i am newbie, and i just installed RouterOs on cloud but it seem only commandline control interface.

How do i enable Webfig to access management from Wan ?

there is no need to enable anything. if your device is new, not used by somebody else, just download the mobile app for setup, or winbox tool https://mt.lv/winbox64

But its seem i could access it from Wan for my local Winbox. Do i need to enable anything?
As its now command line interface only.

By default lots of services are available on the LAN interfaces. Enabling access to Webfig (or any other service) from WAN requires adjustments, but you don’t want that!!!

If you want access from WAN, use VPN (v7.11RC6 has a great newbie compliant implemtantion for it).
