NIC not recognized

I’ve installed RouterOS on a x86 PC. The major card I’m using is the StarTech ST10GSPEXNDP. It uses Tehuti Networks TN4010 MAC and Marvell Alaska® X 88X3310P/88E2010P chips. When I look in system PCI resources, ROS recognizes the vendor, but no chip or card name. The two ports are not being picked up as Interfaces, but do show as Unknown on the interface list. They also appear as Unknown under Bridge>Ports.

The other two cards were recognized just fine, one of which was the the Intel X540T2.

I am running ROS v. 6.45.3.

How do I get the ports to be recognized as interfaces? Is this card compatible with ROS? If not compatible, is there a driver I can install? Or can support be added?

Your StarTech ST10GSPEXNDP is not supported. At the link below you may find supported ethernet chipsets:
