Hi, Can’t access to local web management on DSL modems in this type of network ! Please Help

Screenshots of Winbox are generally not particularly useful, the output of /export hide-sensitive from a terminal window posted as code (the icon above the text entry box on the form page) shows the precise configuration.

I suspect that the ADSL and VDSL modems have no route to return traffic to your PC - you can either add static routes on the modems, or use a pair of srcnat rules on the Mikrotik with out-interface=ether1 on one and out-interface=ether2 on the other.
