No access to Hex S

Hi all,
I no longer have access to my Hex S. When I reboot the router, the two “beeps” no longer sound and neither the Mac address nor an IP address appears in Winbox.

Starting the router and pressing the reset button at the same time (no matter how long) did not help either.

Do you have any ideas? I would be grateful for any tips.

You should try to netinstall the device.
