Hi All:
We have a RB260GSP loaded with SwOS 1.14. The switch is in service in a remote location, and we can not access “System” and “SFP” tabs. We we try to select these tabs, the following message shows up:
“INTERNAL ERROR:TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined”
Is there any other way to remotely reboot the device in order to be able to access system tab?
