No default route from provider

My dhcp-client (v6.38) is set to add default route but the default route received from my provider is 10.0.0.0 which the routing table says is unreachable.

A Windows 10 laptop receives the same default route and is able to connect to the internet.

Setting add-default-route=special-classless makes no difference.

What else can I try?

Make a packet capture from session and send captured data to support.
