No DHCP server on NL4?

I installed my first RB133C today with level 4 license. I could not find DHCP server!
This is a bit strange, why exclude such a basic function from NL4? Proxy is there, but no DHCP!? Isn’t proxy a bit more advanced function than DHCP?

Or am I just looking at the wrong place? I see a IP/Pool option, but no DHCP server like on RB532 with NL5.

Yes, the little RBs don’t come with much enabled. System packages shows all the missing goodies. Enable then reboot.
