I have Mikroti Routerboard SXT-5D Outdoor CPE 11a/n 400mW 16DBI (http://routerboard.com/pdf/267/RBSXT-5HnD.pdf). I connected it the way it should be connected but the green LED light is not showing up. No indication of power on. Please what could be the problem? I press reset button inside, the same thing. Please, what should I do?

Are you using the PoE injector that came with the SXT to provide power to the unit? http://routerboard.com/RBPOE
Do you have any other MikroTik units that work? Or other PoE injectors you can try? I have had a few of those PoE injectors above that didn’t work or had touchy unreliable dc plugs.
Make sure you plug the PoE injector correctly. DATA+POWER should go to the SXT, DATA should go to the PC/Switch.
