No green light (LED) comes up

I have Mikroti Routerboard SXT-5D Outdoor CPE 11a/n 400mW 16DBI (http://routerboard.com/pdf/267/RBSXT-5HnD.pdf). I connected it the way it should be connected but the green LED light is not showing up. No indication of power on. Please what could be the problem? I press reset button inside, the same thing. Please, what should I do?

Are you talking about Power LED or User LED?

Trxy turn it on with: led user-led=yes command
