No interface in IP neighbor !!!

Hi. after upgrade to 6.41 on RB2011-2HnDUIAS there is no interface in IP neighbor !!!

After the upgrade it only works after an extra reboot.

And wait some minutes. Also make sure that you select ALL the interfaces.
