Hi. My ISP provide internet by pppoe. In pppoe client Use Peer Dns turned on. So in Dns Settings i get dynamic servers from provider(ISP). But why without turned on router.lan(with local network ip address) rule i getting a dns error and cant open any page?
Isnt Dns Static only “It allows you to link the particular domain names with the respective IP addresses and advertize these links to the DNS clients using the router as their DNS server.” Why windows10 didnt use dns from provider(ISP)? It’s because Mikrotik being a DHCP Server to windows10? Can anyone help me to undestand this?
