NO INTERNET, NO ETHERNET. HOW CAN I ENTER IP ADDRESSES?

Hi Everyone.

There are a notebook, RB411, Wireless card and antenna at the AP point.
At the CP point, there are RB411, Wireless card, antenna, IP CAMERA and power supply.

There aren’t any internet and ethernet connection at AP and CP points.
For AP and CP points, RB411 can configurable without any internet and ethernet connections?

I have no idea about how can I find and enter IP addresses. I want only watching remote IP camera as wireless.

If you don’t have ethernet, how can you connect the camera to the RB411? : / Please, explain or make a diagram of your network.. I don’t know what are you trying or what do you have..


You can set IPs via console and terminal port too.

Maybe I can explain with this photo:
There is no internet and ethernet connection at the AP and CP points. Distance is 2km between AP and CP points. I want to watch video of IP camera from the CP point only.
How can I find and enter IP addresses?

Assuming there is electricity from battery or solar, you simply need to make a point to point wireless link to the remote device.

something like here:

How are you providing power to the RB411 and to the camera?
