No internet. Wireless Wire RBwAPG-60ad kit stopped working

Hi,

I got the Wireless Wire RBwAPG-60ad kit in June 2025. I installed them without any changes out of the box. It worked (for less than a year).

Now, they stopped working.
Here is what I found:

Reset the device

Use the reset button on startup:

Hold 5 seconds (USR LED starts flashing)

→ resets to password-protected state

Hold 10 seconds (USR LED turns solid after flashing) → completely removes configuration

Should I reset both devices for 5 seconds. Since they are pre-paired, would they continue to pair after the reset?

I don't want to lose the original configuration.

Maybe something else is the problem.

Can you connect (through the ethernet cable) on both devices?

The "simple" reset (the 5 seconds may vary a little, the indicator that you have to release the reset button is the led that starts flashing) should reset the device to the factory configuration, yes.

But if the devices are functional (i.e. they boot properly and you can access them via Winbox on the ethernet) you could try to reset configuration from command line:

And yes factory pre-paired couples should remain paired after a device reset, but if the devices are functional it is not a problem - if needed - to pair them manually.
