I have a RBSXTR and it worked fine for almost 2 years until the internet went down a few days ago. I have checked almost everything. I tested SIM cards of different operators in different slots, everything seems to be working both in terms of hardware and software. I also upgraded the firmware to 7.10, but my problem is still not solved and I have no internet.
Why is my signal fluctuating so much? Is the problem with module R11e-LTE? Could this module be damaged? (I can receive SMS)

I think “disappearing LTE interface” is a recently introduced bug. It probably was not a good idea to upgrade, but now you may try to upgrade to testing version (7.11rc2)

For ease of testing, can I use “LHG LTE KIT” without a dish? If we use it without a dish, it will not work at all? The photos on the site are grayer than my dish. My dish is almost white. I bought this online, did the seller send me the wrong dish?
