No Kernell Found, Help installing kernell

Hello friends. I have a big problem with RB433AH…
When i turn on the routerboard i can see it on hyperterminal (connected by serial cable), i press any key then it let me to access to the boot menu, then i set it to boot from ethernet, then it reboot and it got the ip from netinstall but it says “Transfer started…” and it just reboot and do nothing else than reboot and reboot without stoping itself, so i can’t never see it on netinstall, never. so how can i install kernel if i can’t see it in netinstall? What can i do? please helpme i’m so frustrated. Thanks for replying and sorry for my bad english. Help Please.

Below 2 captures of the problem.

Postdata: All of this happened because i’ve downgrade from 5.1 to 3.22 so the licence key doesn’t was compatible so i used the command “/system license> lose-key” then i formated the nand.

Run the latest netinstall program from MikroTik download page.
If it does not work, contact the distributor and ask them for the warranty options.

I’ve done everything and nothing of them letme see the routerboard in Netinstall window… Can anyone help please?

All because it is in a reboot loop, it never stops reboot. There is any kind of jumper to place in order to make routerboard stops reboot looping?

Finally i’ve got running it in netinstall. All i had to do was put the minipci card into the Routerboard then it letme install the kernell by netinstall(dunno why). But now i have a new Software ID and the routerboard has not a License key, What can i do? (all beacuse i’ve formated the NAND) Can someone help please? Do i have to pay for another License Key?

write to support@mikrotik.com; they will provide you with another license key - if you state your problem, you should get it without charge.

Thanks, everything is done, now my routerboard in on the go! :sunglasses:
