No Link on RouterBOARD 750G

Hello,

I was given a RouterBOARD 750G that I am trying to setup. I followed the reset instructions (hold down the reset button until the act light blinks) - however when I plug into a ethernet port I do not get link on any of the interfaces regardless of if I am using a straight through or cross over cable.

Where do I go from here?

Don’t conncet on ether1 if the routerboard has the default settings.
Connect with ether2 to 5

If that not helps follow the netinstall procedure that i made
