No local ethernet connection

Hi,

I would really aprecciate your help.

RouterBOARD 962UiGS-5HacT2HnT
Firmware - the newest.

I use standard configuration, WiFi with filtered MACs and 5 lan ethernet connections.
Everything worked (2 computers, printer, NAS) until I connected a new computer. I cannot connect from it to the local network and Internet (I have to use my old router in the Wireless Client mode).

It gets the fixed IP address (192.168.88.218/255.255.255.0) from DHCP server, but I cannot open the router webpage or even ping to it. Pinging works to other computer.
I tested the all interfaces (from ether2 to ether5).

I noticed only one difference in ipconfig, between working connection through my old router vs not working direct ethernet connection:
Tunnel adapter Teredo Tunnelig Pseudo-Interface shows IPv6 address versus Media disconnected.

How can I figure out what is a problem?

P.

Does it get the correct gateway IP? I assume that it’s 192.168.88.1

try set static IP on it within the same subnet.

solar77, many thanks for your reply.

Meanwhile I bought an USB WiFi device and after installing drivers for it my ethernet connection has started working.
Now it gets a different IP address from DHCP.
