no lte connection, only 2.5g

hello,
tried to search in the forum but could not find answer.
I try to set up a Mikrotik LHG LTE6 kit, but I cannot find the settings to use LTE.
If the network-mode is ‘gsm,3g,lte’ on my lte1 interaface then Registration Status is ‘registered’, but Access Technology is ‘GSM EGPRS’ only.
If I change the network-mode to ‘lte’ only, then Registration Status is ‘not searching’.

The sim card is working fine in any phone, no problem with 4g networks, I have been using it for several years.

Any idea what to check? thanks a lot.

gsm = 2G
3g = 3G like HSDPA
lte = LTE, change position of device, try other sim card etc. this should give you internet via LTE.

Probably you are trying to use R11e-LTE6 with an incompatible band.

What’s your mobile operator and country?
