No More Develoment Version?

I can't help but notice there's no more development version on the download page, or anything on the forums... so is 7.25b just not released yet, or is MikroTik not publishing development versions anymore?

Yes, this version is also offered through the testing and development channels until a new 7.25beta/rc version appears. The idea is that the testing and development channels are tied to the risk level. You typically get beta/rc versions there, but if a stable version with the same version number has been released, that version will be offered as well.
