"No more session allowed for the user" problem with hotspot user

Hi,

I have setup a hotspot and have created 10 users.
My problem is when a user login and use internet and then goes out of range and come back and try to login it gets a message " no more sessions are allowed for the user". when i check from the active tab i can see the user is still active.
I guess it is a problem with user profiles.

Please help me to solve this issue.
