no new CAP interface on second hAP device

Hi,

i am using a 3011 and a hAP ac over CapsMan. Now i ordered second hAp ac, but there is no new cap3 and cap4 interface coming on 3011. I only see managed by capsman on the new device but no certificate or something else is coming up. How can i fix it and trigger the configuration?

I am having the same issue did you find any solutions?

No, i used the second one without any CAPs… same wireless config then the first CAP… not a very good solution, but i have no idea what to do? Anyone from support who can assist?
