I just enabled hotspot on my mikrotik with aaa radius authentication. my question is how can I determine the number of the sessions that a user can open on different computer at the same time with the same account.

I searched for this solution some years ago to use in a cafe, but later make do with the bandwidth manager, and to me one is being over strick when you control with bandwidth, control by quota and also want to limit active browser session.
Use the Port-Limit radius attribute to set the amount of concurrent logins if you want Radius to handle it.
Otherwise, just set shared users setting in the user profile setting of the hotspot tab.
