no option to ignore "service name" yet

I had expected an option in ROS to allow pppoe clients to connect with any service name set.
after about 3 years from my post

still no option…

this prevent me and maybe many admins round the world to switch from cisco to MT

I hope mikrotik develops this option

I hope mikrotik develops this option

you should email them at support@mikrotik.com and tell them you are still interested in this. they are currently finishing up v6, and they might just put it in there for you before it gets finalized.
