No pictures in Samsung apps

Hello all,

My customers say me that in them Samsung smart phones shows no pictures in applications. I have standard DHCP server on my router (RB435G) with some firewall rules (Mikrotik Wiki brute forces). With internet (Chrome, IE, …) is no problem. Anyone have some advice for setup?

I don’t think that the mikrotik will stop pictures from loading on a smartphone while allowing them to work properly on a PC. Regardless, you need to get one of the phones yourself so you can do some testing with it. Watch the mikrotik logs, watch the firewall counters, etc.

I bought Samsung Gallaxy S3 mini before one month. I tested several settings but with no success.

When I run Samsung Store there are no pictures at the applications. Only empty frames with descriptions.

The same is with pictures in Facebook.

But when you connect directly to 3G or another wireless then it works fine???

Yes.

When I connect in my wokrshop its OK.

By connecting via 3G its also without problems.

Are you using DSL or a PPPOE connection for your upstream Internet? Have you checked the MTU settings?

I have fixed IP address from my ISP (ISP switch → RB711G-5HnD → transparent MIMO bridge → RB711G-5HnD → RB435G as router → DHCP server for clients).

MTU at all units is set to 1500.
