NO REBOOT Command - MT2.74 on Celeon 2.26 with mother S478

Hello. :confused:
Im have MT 2.74 moved from P166MMX to new Celeron S478 for Hardware Crash.
All run OK, (nat, proxy, etc) but reboot command no reboot.

Messages is:

Unmounting file system
Restarting System.

And no reboot.
Help pleaseā€¦

Itā€™s probably a power setting in the BIOS of your motherboard. APM and/or ACPI might need some tweaking to get your shutdown working properly.

With a Flash Upgrade of BIOS (motherboard) run ok and rebootig without problems.
No ā€œPower OFFā€ at shutdown, but rebooting ok.
