No Router IP address

My router…a RB450G, doesn’t have its usual default IP address of 192.168.88.1 instead it has 0.0.0.0. So; I am unable to connect to the web. However, in Winbox, I am able to set up DHCP Client, get IP address from ISP, yet the router still has 0.0.0.0. In terminal, I am able to Ping 8.8.8.8 and www.google.com as well as www.apple.com, but I am still unable to get online or have the router change to its default address of 192.168.88.1.

Before all this happened, I was setting up firewall filters and managed to lock myself out and to reset the router. I had upgraded the router to OS 6.6 and been able to retain that version. I have a MacBook Pro and found it easier to use the browser to upgrade the router OS, then turned off that service. Because the router has 0.0.0.0 IP address, I am unable to upgrade to OS 6.7 to see whether it would make a difference.

What can I do to revert the router to 192.168.88.1?

You can connect via mac with winbox. I don’t know anything about winbox for mac though

Yes, I can connect via Winbox…how do I get the router its IP address?

Click the … button and connect by Mac Address.

Okay, I figured it out…I didn’t realize that when I did not accept default setting that I would need to set up everything…sorry for posting.
