No SNTP server in v5.0?

Upgraded from v4.17, no SNTP server installed. Am I missing something, or is this the way 5.0 is supposed to be?

make sure you have NTP package installed in v5.0

SNTP is just an NTP client. If you need NTP server, install NTP package. In the acronym SNTP, S stands for Simple.
