No Suitable Capsman

I keep getting this message continually in my logs off of one of my RB4011’s that I manage.
From appearance, it looks as if everything is running correctly.
No complaints have been issues.
I have other RB4011’s that do not have this showing up in the logs.
Has anyone encountered this before ?

Can you please supply all hardware involved (CAPsMAN/CAPS), RouterOS and firmware version and configs?
