No thru internet

I have setup 2.9.51 as described in the user guide, however, I have no traffic from the WAN to the LAN side.

I’ve setup addresses, the address pool, the DHCP server, the NAT and the DNS, I have even setup queues.

I must admit, on my first attempt, I got internet at the LAN side, however, when I re-installed and tried to re-configure things went wrong, I must be missing something important.

What is the obvious thing to look for when there is no traffic going thru?

assuming you can ping an external address from the router, then the the most obvious problem is your masquerade rule (or lack of it).

Got it…indeed it was the NAT rule, I had the interface names mixed up, never work through the night again, guess I am not as young as I used to be, Thankx Hilton.
