no tx or rx on wlan

Hi, I feel a little over my head with this Mikrotik set up. I have 2 RB411AH with XR9 radios that I want to configure as AP and client but I can’t seem to get the wlan interface to run. I have the interfaces enabled on each but there is no “R” on the left side of the interface page and I’m not getting any tx or rx readings
Any help for a total rookie?

You need to use correct frequency, look for the frequency conversion table (manufacturer of XR9 should give you the information). There will be frequencies you should use from 2.4/5GHz band to establish 900MHz link.
