Took the plunge and want to achieve 10gb network at home and im having issues basically no uplink in RouterOS, kit ive bought below please can you shed any light on why it aint working

I also have issues, and can not find a solutions.
in a CSS610-8G-2S+ running SwOS Lite the FTLX8571D3BCV-IT link with the another FTLX8571D3BCV-IT in a Intel X520, but on a CRS310-1G-5S-4S+ with RouterIOS 7.7 or 7.8 , the same SFP+ module can not establish a link with the same cable and FTLX8571D3BCV-IT in the same Intel X520. auto-negotiate on/off… At best there is a link every second that is down gain.
