Hi All, i seem to have a problem with my usermanager 4.5 (test) profile setup. When a single user is created it works fine (users can logon) but when a batch of users is created their is no actual profile listed in the users page. On login attempt it gives (no valid profile found ) as error message. I encountered this problem with ver. 4.3 and 4.4 but thought their was a bug or something. Please can anyone tell me whats wrong cause am going crazy deleting and creating new profile and still comming up with the same result.
I am having the same problem with 5.5 All the documentation (tutorials) are for the old version.
It is because V5 requires a User have a profile defined.
Unfortunately there is now way in which to add the profile from the command line making V5 usermanager completely useless unless 1) you ar just starting out and only have a few clients to enter 2) self abusive and wish to add profiles to thousands of customers through the browser interface.
I appear to be the only member thus far to have posted this as an issue.
Also if you do any scripting to clear statistics you will notice that the statics from the commandline do get cleared, however the statics in the browser interface do not, and must be cleared from the browser.. Clearing in the browser does not clear them in the commandline. This indicates that there are 2 databases being maintained for the same data, which is also an issue for me.
