maybe i didn’t get your question. if you want to know what’s the best noise floor value: the lower the better. easily explained: noise ( floor ) is activity on a frequency which is not wanted. like if you are in a room full of talking people: that’s noise. the louder it is the more difficult it is for you to understand a specific person. your conversation partner have to raise this voice to be louder as the others: that’s signal to noise.
