Noise floor

Dear Respected,

I am using most Mikrotik Products for my WISP Setup, the Noise-Floor I can see in area I am using highest is -115 and lowest -111,

My all Point to Point devices currently working with -111, but still I feel latency instability.

Please advise is it good value, if not then what to do to reduce the Noise Floor.

the signal strength are average to may location -55 till -62.

I have searched in all frequncies but it shows almost same Noise Floor.

Also Still Our Main Tower, have been not grounded and also the equipment, Does it also effects?

-55 is quite good signal rather i think it’s more than required try lowing the output power a bit
also is the link properly aligned?? is the tx and rx signal same??

Grounding should not effect the performance in most cases but for ESD protection it should be done

I tried to lower the power, but couldnt understand at all, the Fix Rate and other options are there.

You can’t change Noise-Floor value, because it’s measured value of enviroment noise.
-111 dBm is good value.
