Have you used “winbox” to open router?

using winbox, i would like to open the router in dhcp user end-

If you click on the three dots see you normally mac and IP-address click on mac and click on “connect”.

Check if the firewall on your pc the communication block.
Disable the firewall and try than if it works.

What routerboard have you?

I want to open the Router in subscriber side with dhcp gateway, for example my subscriber side will get the ip 192.168.215.14
Subnet 255.255.255.0 Gateway :192.168.215.1

So i need to open from the subscriber side through the winbox with ip of 192.168.215.1

I did not quite understand the problem.
You have users connected to one of the mikrotik ports. Users connected to this port are receiving their IP addresses from DHCP (running on the same port). Now you would like to access the router with winbox from any computer in that subnet.
Is this the situation or I have missed something?
