Not able to ping to other site on IPSec Tunnel

Hi

I have connected our VPN to 2 new site. The connection state was successful but i can’t ping to the other site. Can’t ping to the router or any of their PC’s. They can ping to my site. This is happen for both 2 new site that i had created. I’m not sure if i need to check the other router site. They are using netgear router. If some one have this issue before, kindly please help me. Thanks.

Could be many different things. It would be best if you would post your configs with /export compact

+1… but it also could be in the other hardware. I have no idea what kind of firewalling they have on their VPN connections
